Wish there was an option for zero stars. Horrible Experience. We went to them because of their known “Class” or so we thought. Spent $600 to lower the car with links that we bought from them, they couldn’t get it to work told us it’s impossible and kept the money. We later took it to the Audi dealer and they got it working and lowered for under $200. Got a stage 2 tune with downpipes for 5,xxx dollars.. Told us they tune to safe measures, We had burbles on the car at Medium to low level 2 weeks later, the flex joints blew up. Instead of trying to get them replaced through their one year “warranty” tried to stick us a bill for $2,xxx some. After a ton of back and forth. we still got charged $1,400. Our “stage 2” car makes 500hp compared to 450hp when it was stock. When they were replacing the blown up flex joint by getting a new downpipe (that we paid for) and they angled it wrong which caused the exhaust pipe to face the bumper and melt our rear bumper. When we brought it to their attention they said, we should have never worked on this car and that they are done replying to our messages. Brad, the owner took zero accountability for this and basically told us to F off, also blamed us for getting it modified. They talk negative about other tuning shops saying their work isn’t quality but when they screw up they take zero responsibility. We got the angle of the exhaust pipe fixed by a local muffler shop who felt bad for us and did it for free. Now we’re looking at a new bumper which is a expense of atleast another thousand dollars plus paint. I would not recommend this place at all. I just bought a M8 Competition and I could never imagine getting anything even as small as a oil change done with them. You would be better off taking your car to blue label racing, great people and not money hungry. Chicane Motorsport will take advantage of you like they took advantage of us.

These guys know their stuff, along with excellent service with no surprises. I won't take my car anywhere else.

Absolute top not service. I got a post purchase inspection on an Audi A8L. Brian was meticulous in his inspection process, identified things that needed to be fixed based on priority, and treated my car with care. I won't be taking my car anywhere else for service.

Thanks for the great review Tommy, Brian is 100% the best Audi/VW guy in town and we are lucky to have him on our team.

Andrew did a great job getting tires swapped on the Turbo S. It is great to have a tire shop that I can trust to get the Center Locks installed correctly.

Thanks for the great review Mike, we always enjoying having you in the shop.

They refused to repair our car, can't figure out how to fix our Mercedes , so they take a video of they codes in the car, after having the car for a week. Unprofessional, unreliable shop. I can't even take a print out of the codes in the car to another shop. Made my wife cry over refusing to figure out what is wrong with her car..Charged money for a video, can't even print out the codes in the car.

You probably should let people know that you are unable to fix the Mercedes Benz before the leave it with you for a week

Hello Mike, I'm sorry to hear that you feel this way but I think you are confusing "refused" with "not able to". As much as we'd love to fix every car that comes through our door the truth is sometimes we don't have the tools or software required to do so. Some of the software is very specific to certain vehicles and if that's not a vehicle we see frequently it's hard to justify the purchase. I believe throughout the process our team was very communicative in what we were seeing and told you a number of times that if it was module related that we would not be able to complete the programming required for that repair. That would be a dealer only service. As for the one hour charged, if you remember correctly, a portion of that time spent was to diagnose a suspension issue and look into work you previously had done by a body shop and another shop. We spent substantially more time then what was invoiced. Like I said in the beginning, we'd love to be able to fix it all. What we will always try our best to do is communicate the best we can.
