Very knowledgeable and professional when it comes to BMWs and reasonably priced.

Recently had my 2012 Audi S4 in for an annual service. Had more significant work done last year - service I would not trust to other shops. When researching where to go, the universal feedback was - bring your Audi/German car to Chicane! They do an excellent job - great service and communication and fair prices. They gave me a realistic sense of the work that needed to be done now and what could wait and be monitored. All you need to do is look at the parking lot to know that Chicane is the place in the KC metro to take Audis and other foreign cars. Highly recommended!
