Brad and Andrew were incredibly welcoming, was tuned by Brad who was very efficient. Took less than an hour to unlock and flash bm3. Very impressive with the service!

I’m glad I found Chicane Motorsports to work on my Audi Q7 as it needed a new turbo. From my first contact with Matt, the entire experience was professional, courteous, and they fixed the problem. I actually never darkened the door because I had my car towed there and then Matt was kind enough to deliver it to me in the Northland. So I didn’t actually ever meet him in person, but I dealt with him on the phone a lot. Honestly, it was my first major car experience with a problem, and it was not bad. Of course, being a foreign vehicle, the repair was not cheap, but it was a little bit cheaper than the Audi dealer. Would I use them again? Absolutely — I am confident in their abilities! However, I hope I don’t need to as I don’t want to have another problem.

Took my newly purchased (used) M3 in for a pre/post purchase inspection (PPI). The car came back with a good report. Andrew did an excellent job explaining everything and additionally, laying out future plans for the car, including maintenance and performance. I'll certainly be back for the same.

There is a reason this shop has been around awhile, and a reason that the lot is full of high end high performance cars... Car people go to car people for their needs. . Brad and his team were great, and took the time to answer my questions about trying to take my car to the track, as well as made me aware of some other mods that I could do to increase my fun factor! They got me in quickly and finished in the estimated time. Would recommend!

Not being an expert in cars, my only hopes in finding a mechanic is to not be too badly taken advantage of like I'm at a BMW dealership. I took my car, which I love dearly, into Chicane Motorsports on the recommendation of a friend. No check engine light was on but there was an significant performance issue which seemed to me was obviously an issue with the turbo. They took a look, and reported back they could find nothing wrong. I called again, pressed the issue, offering suggestions on what I thought might get it back to normal. I was absolutely floored when the owner of the business offered to take me on a test drive to hone in on the issue. During the drive he noticed the issue I was concerned about and advised BMWs often have issues with the transfer case. Although I was absolutely ready and willing to have that replaced he recommended replacing the mismatch tires that were on the car when I purchased it as a better starting point. I was extremely skeptical, failing to understand how mismatched tires could cause a lag in acceleration. These guys had every opportunity to do upsell me and take me for a ride. Instead they, were concerned only with helping me solve my problem and prioritized NOT overselling me. The car drives like a million bucks!!! I will never take my car anywhere else. What a class act!
