Brad and Andrew were incredibly welcoming, was tuned by Brad who was very efficient. Took less than an hour to unlock and flash bm3. Very impressive with the service!

I’m glad I found Chicane Motorsports to work on my Audi Q7 as it needed a new turbo. From my first contact with Matt, the entire experience was professional, courteous, and they fixed the problem. I actually never darkened the door because I had my car towed there and then Matt was kind enough to deliver it to me in the Northland. So I didn’t actually ever meet him in person, but I dealt with him on the phone a lot. Honestly, it was my first major car experience with a problem, and it was not bad. Of course, being a foreign vehicle, the repair was not cheap, but it was a little bit cheaper than the Audi dealer. Would I use them again? Absolutely — I am confident in their abilities! However, I hope I don’t need to as I don’t want to have another problem.

Took my newly purchased (used) M3 in for a pre/post purchase inspection (PPI). The car came back with a good report. Andrew did an excellent job explaining everything and additionally, laying out future plans for the car, including maintenance and performance. I'll certainly be back for the same.
