Hands down the best shop you can take any vehicle to, let alone an import. The knowledge, candor and transparency are unmatched. I've been battling my Cayennes fuel system for months. I've taken my 04 Porsche 911 C4S to Chicane twice now. While good work may be consistent from shop to shop, "the difference" at Chicane is the responsive communication and availability. Phone calls are returned the same day, Emails usually the same. You are never in doubt about the scheduling of your repair and the status of when it will be done, or any discoveries along the way. I have been to 3 shops in Kansas City since acquiring my Porsche in July 2022, "dating" to discover the right one for me, and Chicane has now earned my business long-term, I don't have any plans to try elsewhere.
