Great experience with these folks. I thought I needed to replace my turbos but I was pleasantly surprised when they told me they could adjust them! First win! I knew I had to replace a steering pump and went to it on my own. The pump I bought from a different source was defective. I then decided to buy one from Chicane. They had it there in a day and it works great. 2nd win! They have become my first call! Outstanding service and part sourcing.

Had me in and out in just under an hour for an APR tune and I paid less going with Chicane than I would have if I flashed the ECU myself. They are very knowledgeable, professional and pricing is very competitive. Can’t wait to come back for stage 2!

I have an old school 2001 BMW Z3 M54 3.0 Roadster and went crazy trying to diagnose and fix my no start issue and gave up. I reached out to Paul McCracken who worked on my other BMW in the past and told him I am throwing in the towel. He worked on the car and had it running in no time. Paul kept me posted and told me the part that was defective including cost to replace. the overall cost was very reasonable definitely cheaper than what dealership would have charged me. I definitely plan on coming back for work that is above my service level. I highly recommend this place, everyone is friendly including Brad (owner) Chris and the rest of the crew. 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Shop did a great job on getting my MBRP exhaust on my GLI. Looks and sounds excellent!

Needed an APR stage 1 tune because of decline in performance . I called at 8:30 am, they got me in by 10am, and had me out by 11 am. They did a very good job.
