The team at Chicane Motorsports provide excellent service at amazing costs. From the moment you enter the building to when you leave, not only did I feel my vehicle was properly taken care of, I felt I was taken care of with regards to any questions I had, concerns, or even future modifications to the vehicle. I just had my first appointment at Chicane Motorsports. I took my S5 in for a regular service and talked to Chris about any power upgrades for my 4.2. He put an APR stage 1 tune in it and really woke it up. Unfortunately there are not many upgrades for this platform or I would have them do it. I was very impressed with the shop and everyone I met there, but most importantly the quality of service and prices. Thanks to the Audi Club of Kansas City for the recommendation. I have found a new home for my girl.

The Chicane team is unparalleled when it comes to service, quality and expertise. I have had several appointments with them for tuning/upgrades on my Audi and they have gone above and beyond every step of the way. I’m a customer for life.

Edited on 7/8/2021 due to them calling me and apologizing for not answering. Apparently they had switched phone systems and weren't receiving all of the calls they should have been. It was an honest phone call and sincere response. I was actually surprised they called me since it had been about a week or so. But, Chris explained to me the situation and we even chatted about my car. Next time I'm up there I'm taking it to them to check my alignment. That to me is great customer service and they definitely deserved an updated review. Thank you Chris!

Just an oil change and looksee on my C63. They found a leak in my suspension and suggested it’s covered by warranty. Learned a little about tuning options while I waited. They were on time for my appointment. Cost was very reasonable. So happy to avoid the dealership- just wish they could work on my truck and I’d do all my work here
