If you own an e36 BMW, avoid this place at all costs. My first experience with Chris was good but my second time in was far from it. When I asked about replacing my cluster warning lights, Chicane's 'e36 expert' mechanic Paul told me the lights were LED lights and could not be replaced. He proceeded by talking a million miles an hour while trying to upsell me on bringing the car back to get it track ready. I'm no mechanic but I own 2 e36 m3s and the service manual, the cluster warning lights are EASILY replaceable by simply turning them to remove. It's incredibly embarrassing that your mechanic is not only a liar but has the ignorance to lie to a guy who owns 2, 20 year old plus specialty cars. A well-known BMW dealer whos been in the game since the 1970s in Kansas City has also had a similar experience with Chicane and this same mechanic. Get it together Chicane, VERY unprofessional.
