Took a Porsche to Brad and the guys there to help with programming. Service was amazing and being a fellow shop owner was amazing to work with. Awesome shop and great people. They really know their stuff!! Thank you for the help.

Thanks Paul!!! It's great to have other resources locally that we can trust to help our business grow.

Great shop with knowledgable and friendly staff. My visit was limited to regularly scheduled maintenance but Chicane completed it quickly and was cheaper than the dealership. I'm not ready for any performance upgrades just yet but these guys clearly know what they're doing if that's what you're looking for.

Thanks for the great review Nick! We know that we have Motorsport in our name but believe it or not, we do more maintenance and general repairs than anything. If it's German, we can handle it!

Went in today for my C63 W204 unknown noise, experience was straight forward and I like how after diagnosis if the shop doesn’t have the parts at the moment they give you a service suggestion to do so ur not just charged a diagnosis fee and leave. The techs are observant too saw other weird noise producing stuff while looking at the car. Also allowed me to bring my own parts to be installed as I live 2+ hours away (military) and wasn’t sure if they ordered for me if I’d be available when the parts came in.

Thank you for taking the time to share your positive experience at our shop! We're glad to hear that our service process impressed you and that our technicians were thorough and observant. We understand the unique circumstances of our military customers and are happy to accommodate your needs. If you have any other questions or need further assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at (833) 722-3267. We look forward to serving you again in the future. -Brad

We took our car in for balance and wheel rotation. We had a great experience, they took the time to explain why the alignment was out of tolerance and what we could do to avoid the issues. The company was professional and efficient. I would highly recommend them.

Thank you Samantha! Let us know if you ever need help with anything.

Super impressed. I got a set of coilovers with alignment, new exhaust, and a transmission service for my GTI! Andrew was very helpful and friendly and knew his stuff! They even gave me an alignment sheet. Just wish you guys were closer to where I lived, I gotta drive an hour+ to get here. However, be prepared to pay. It's not cheap but it's quality work and saved me the headache and time commitment of doing everything myself. Would go again!

Thanks for the great review Bryan! Hopefully over time our expertise and customer service will make the drive worth it. We look forward to seeing you next time.
