Went in today for my C63 W204 unknown noise, experience was straight forward and I like how after diagnosis if the shop doesn’t have the parts at the moment they give you a service suggestion to do so ur not just charged a diagnosis fee and leave. The techs are observant too saw other weird noise producing stuff while looking at the car. Also allowed me to bring my own parts to be installed as I live 2+ hours away (military) and wasn’t sure if they ordered for me if I’d be available when the parts came in.

We took our car in for balance and wheel rotation. We had a great experience, they took the time to explain why the alignment was out of tolerance and what we could do to avoid the issues. The company was professional and efficient. I would highly recommend them.

Super impressed. I got a set of coilovers with alignment, new exhaust, and a transmission service for my GTI! Andrew was very helpful and friendly and knew his stuff! They even gave me an alignment sheet. Just wish you guys were closer to where I lived, I gotta drive an hour+ to get here. However, be prepared to pay. It's not cheap but it's quality work and saved me the headache and time commitment of doing everything myself. Would go again!

I had a great experience with Chicane. They helped diagnose and solve a nagging noise my vehicle was making under acceleration/braking. A lot of mechanics/shops would have wanted to just start replacing parts but the Chicane mechanic didn't do that. He did a great job of diagnosing and completing a relatively simple repair and got me back on the road noise free quickly at a great cost. Thanks again to Chicane!
