Outstanding service with excellent results!

Second time within a month I've had to take my RS3 into Chicane for some sort of repair (First bad gas then I broke a disc trying to launch it). Both times they were able to get me in quickly and get my issues resolved. Andrew and Brad kept me updated with the progress every step of the way and they even had a last minute opening on the dyno that I was able to schedule within 24 hours before I picked it up. They were able to answer every single one of my questions and everyone there is at the top of their game when it comes to European Cars. They were even kind enough to let me in the back half of the shop to record my dyno runs! Glad they are located so close because there isn't another shop that will touch my RS3!
