Great experience using Chicane for my Audi R8, will be back for sure! They go above and beyond to help!

Service was fantastic. Took our car in after taking it to the dealer. Dealer said we needed about $4K worth of work after just having $5K worth of work done. Chicane found that dealer didn’t put axle back together correctly. Saved us a lot of money. Will only go here in the future with our car.

I've been driving BMW's for many years. I just found Chicane and was very pleased with the friendly and communicative service. Very refreshing from others around town. They fixed the problem promptly and didn't rob me blind. I will definately be a returning customer.

First time customer here. Emailed them regarding crank hub replacement on the S55 and have some performance modifications done to my F82 M4, Brad replied the same day with several options, from high end to a more budget friendly options, not only Brad would make recommendations regarding performance upgrades, he'd also suggest upgrading other parts that may be impacted by the performance upgrades, those recommendations came with several options to fit my budget. Having to drive 2.5hrs (one way) to Chicane, Brad and his team made the necessary arrangements to fit my schedule to drop the car off and pick up outside of working hours. I would highly recommend them Well worth the 10 hours of windshield time.

My car's brand isn't one Chicane works with normally, but they stepped in to help with a suspension issue I was having. I had upgraded the rear sway bar on my car, but was having an awful squeak due to the bar still using the OEM end links. Andrew was super helpful through the entire experience. He was welcoming when I first arrived, took me back to show me the reason I was hearing the squeak, and provided several options on how they could proceed. After hearing so many good things about Chicane in the past, I can 100% say they are all well deserved. I, too, can not say enough good things about my experience. Thank you all very much!
