I had Chicane do rear subframe reinforcement on my E46 M3. I typically enjoy DIY maintenance/repairs/upgrades, but this job was more than I wanted to take on. Yesterday I had the car on my lift and am very happy with how it turned out: super clean and basically looks like it came from the factory reinforced this way. The drive feels better after the bushing refresh that was done while the subframe was out as well. The job took a couple days longer to complete than estimated, but Brad and Chris were engaged throughout the process and provided great progress/timeline updates. Brad even noticed I could upgrade the camber arms rather than spending labor to reuse the existing stock arms, which was very nice surprise. Overall just a great experience. I plan to come back to Chicane to replace rod bearings later this year (another job I’d prefer to not DIY). Bottom line: if you are within a couple hundred miles of KC I can’t think of a better place to take your M3, regardless the vintage.

Had an issue arise overnight that seemed detrimental to the overall longevity of my car’s engine. I brought it in the next day for a diagnosis, where Paul quickly found the issue. Chris then helped me order the part I needed and had me out the door. I only had to wait a couple days for the part to come in. These guys are more than knowledgeable and are super friendly! Will be bringing my car back here without a doubt if any future problems arise.

I’ve had my vehicle at Chicane twice for various aftermarket part installs and the guys there do amazing work. I couldn’t recommend this place enough to anyone who has a European car. Chicane is the best European auto shop in the KC area, highly recommended.

This is the second vehicle I've taken to Chicane for work. They did some performance work on my Porsche and just did the scheduled maintenance work and alignment on my Mercedes. I've been very happy with all of the work they've done on my vehicles. Would definitely recommend them for any performance, maintenance or service of any kind, especially on German cars.
